Shelley Spires has been with Albany Area Primary Health Care, Inc. since 2001. She served as Human Resource Director and Deputy Director prior to being promoted to her current role as CEO in 2015. Prior to working for Albany Area Primary Health Care, Inc., Mrs. Spires served as Human Resource Director for Dooly Medical Center a critical care access hospital in Dooly County, Georgia. Mrs. Spires received her Bachelor of Business degree in Human Resource Management from Georgia Southwestern State University in June of 1998 and her Masters of Science in Management with a concentration in Healthcare Management from Troy State University in 2003.
