When COVID-19 hit the United States, Federally Qualified Health Centers (FQHC) had to adapt to new community needs. Our FQHC Transformation Investments Program quickly deployed more than $20M in funds across 300 health centers to help them build capacity and respond to the pandemic. Through the program, centers could choose from five funding pathways, all of which aligned to a specific population FQHCs serve.
